The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board, the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board and the National Energy Board have extended the deadline to comment on the draft Administrative Monetary Penalty Guidelines, which can be found here . The deadline is now January 28th, 2016.
Upon receipt, all submissions will be shared between the three Boards.
